Court of Appeals upholds ruling on princely tomb

On June, 2nd, the Regional Court in Česke Budějovice upheld the ruling of the court of the first instance in Jindřichův Hradec.
The court declared that the princely tomb of the Schwarzenberg family in Domanín near Třeboň belongs to the inheritance of Adolf Schwarzenberg. The court also confirmed the ruling of the lesser instance that the surrounding land lots do not belong to this inheritance.
